when is the best time to book?

We are planning to be in Las Vegas 23-26th October and thanks to the advice from here and reviews have decided to stay at Bally%26#39;s. So should we book it NOW or will rates rise/fall nearer the time? Hope you can help, thanks.

I would go ahead nad book now.

Keep checking the Bally website to see if prices drop and ask to change your reservation or cancel %26amp; re-book at lower rate.

You can check rate changes right up until you leave. As you are checking in at the hotel you should also ask if the rates have dropped. The hotel would then have to honor the lower rate. They are not required to tell you of lower rates unless you ask.

Book directly with the hotel as soon as possible. Then if rates go down, call the hotel and ask them to adjust the price. Most hotels charge you for the first night stay when you book.

If you book with a third party, you probably are stuck with price at time of booking, as they will not adjust the price.

I agree with Jimimac. Book now, but book directly with Bally%26#39;s. I took the advice from this forum and booked my accom about 4 months in advance and it has now gone up about $150, with 3 months still to go!

Book now directly with Bally%26#39;s. Have you signed on for their email specials through their website?

If not, try booking here to save $10 per night:

I believe October is relatively busy with conventions so I would grab those rates while you can.

wow, thanks for that, I shall book it now.

I always book ASAP. Once you have an idea, I would go ahead and book everything, the flight, hotel, and if needed a rental car. The prices will most likely go up as time goes on. It the price of the hotel goes down and you booked it through the hotel directly you can call back and ask for the rate to be changed.

We booked Ballys for the 22nd oct for a week back in feb direct with the hotel the hotel rate is still the same as i check it every week might see you there.

Book as soon as you know what the dates of your trip is. If the rates go down, call or re-book online. They should give you the lower rate. If not, cancel and re-book at the lower rate.
