Less expensive hotel for Sat. night-June

We are coming to Vegas for the first time in a few weeks and have noticed that the hotels are very expensive for Sat. night, which I understand. I am trying to find a nice place to stay for 1 night and then thinking about switching to Flamingo the other 3. We don%26#39;t care about the casino and restaurant on premises. Heard the pool is great, but not sure about the rooms, they said they have renovated all the rooms. Will take any suggestions. Have read about everything and getting more confused, but need to book something quickly.

Thank you

What do you consider inexpensive? Also, what is the time frame in which you are thinking of going? Do you care about location, on strip, etc?

I would recommend booking your hotel room ASAP? The longer you wait, the prices are just going to keep going up. I usually book direct, but I would also suggest checking discount sites.

We are going to be there June 11 for 4 nights and would like to spend under 125. I don%26#39;t think Flamingo is a good choice after reading more reviews.

our friends will be staying at the san remo the middle of June friday and saturday night- she got 2 night s for 78.00 thru funjet.

The Monte Carlo has the 12th for $89.95 if you book it through their website.

Sahara which isn%26#39;t as nice has a room for $109.95 a night.

Las Vegas Hilton-$109.00 (direct)

The problem you are going to run into most casinos require a two night stay on weekends.

Our Saturday night stays have often been off strip. Candlewood Suites gave us a great Saturday night stay. Atrium Suites were good but did not compare to the Candlewood. Also, we stayed at Best Western on Main St near downtown on another weekend night before switching. If you stay off strip, you will need to drive to the strip or downtown. Our last Saturday stay was at the Rio and I would have preferred Candlewood over Rio. Just no charm in all that noise.

Durng the week, my favorite is Ballys
