Lance Burton at the Monte Carlo is probably the best ';big'; magic show in town.
See Penn %26amp; Teller at the Rio if you like to think you%26#39;re the smartest guy in the room.
Mac King at Harrah%26#39;s gives the best afternoon show in town.
Steve Wyrick at the Aladdin is painful to watch.
Rick Thomas @ the Stardust gives a great afternoon show.
A couple next to us were brought up on the stage and it didn%26#39;t APPEAR they were shills (AKA people in on the act).
Previously had given a person near the back of the room an apparently empty locked box and told her to keep her hands on top of it.
Thomas asked the guy for his watch, told him to pick a time.
At the end of the show, they unlocked the box and the guy%26#39;s watch was in there with the time he picked on it.
We were in a table overlooking the box and saw everything.
No, I don%26#39;t know how it was done.
The show was relatively cheap, like Mac King (you can get coupons in some cases) and includes an (albeit) watered down drink.
Now, isn%26#39;t this more informative than bitching and moaning on this forum?
